  They messed up my Daddy's obit and left my mother out...When i called to get them to fix it they tried to blame my dead daddy for it..When his niece tried to correct it in the comments they immediately deleted it!....that is disgusting and pathetic...Went to the viewing and due to the overwhelming crowd, I asked if my brother and I and his 90 year old sister could go in to see him and was told that we couldn't until someone else showed up...i asked who would need to be there in order for us to go in to see my daddy...i was told "the one who pays the check"....as my father paid for his own funeral 2 and 1/2 years before and he was laying in there i didn't see a problem but they did. They then posted "bodyguards" infront of the doors. the most unprofessional, rude people i have ever dealt with....don't waste your money
